West Twin is a clear, all sports lake with superb fishing. Troll or still fish for largemouth and smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike and the occasional tiger muskie, or catch your limit of yellow perch, bluegill and pumpkinseed sunfish. West Twin has a sand and gravel bottom around its shoreline so the swimming is excellent, and the lake is wide open and free of obstructions for first-rate skiing. Fine winter tip-up ice fishing. Keep one eye to the sky and watch for the resident bald eagles. A public boat launch with good parking is just west of Lewiston on County Road 612.  View PDF
